Cancellations, Refund & Exchange Policy

At StitchMe, every garment is custom-crafted with care, precision, and personal attention. Each piece undergoes a quality check before it leaves our studio — stitched specially for you.

We value your trust and strive to ensure that your shopping experience with StitchMe is smooth, transparent, and fair. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before placing an order.


🔄 Exchange & Return Policy

  • Once sold, custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear product images via email at stitchme.customwear@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

    • In its original condition — without alterations or damage

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Products bought under Sale or Promotional Offers are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Once an order has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.


🚫 Custom Orders & International Policy

  • Customised garments (stitched as per your measurements) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as each item is prepared exclusively for you.

  • StitchMe reserves the right to cancel any order and offer a full refund in exceptional cases (e.g., fabric unavailability, unanticipated production delays).

  • If your order is not shipped within 30 days of placement, a full refund will be initiated automatically.


💳 Refunds

    • Refunds are only issued in the case of:

      • Damaged products

      • Incorrect items sent

    • Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 business days to your original mode of payment (e.g., card, UPI, bank account).

    • We do not offer refunds as store credits.

    • You will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp once the refund is initiated. Please note, banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.


🛑 Refusal of Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is refused at delivery, StitchMe is not responsible for the return package.

  • We can resend the item to an alternate address if returned to our studio.
