  3. Order Confirmation & Payment

    • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received through accepted modes.

    • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, especially for made-to-order/custom pieces.

    • Prices may change at any time without notice and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We offer worldwide shipping. Select ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 24 hours, while custom orders may take 5–12 working days depending on the design.

    • StitchMe is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or unforeseen external events.

  5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

    • Due to the nature of custom-made clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

    • Any claims for defective or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (including unboxing video/images).

    • Approved claims will be resolved through free alteration or exchange where feasible.
