At StitchMe, we are committed to delivering your custom-crafted outfits with care and efficiency, whether you're shopping from India or anywhere around the globe.

⏱️ Shipping Timelines

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Orders containing both express and non-express items will be shipped separately.

    • Express items will be dispatched within 24 hours.

    • Non-express items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Customised orders (stitched to your measurements) are usually shipped within 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

International Orders

  • Orders containing both express and non-express items will be shipped together within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders consisting of only express items will be shipped within 24 hours.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping is FREE on orders above INR 2,000.

  • For non-customised items, standard dispatch time is 3–4 business days.

  • Orders with custom tailoring may take 5–7 working days to ship.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or high-demand periods.

  • All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Duties, customs charges, and VAT (if applicable in your country) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

    • For orders shipped to the EU (European Union), VAT is applicable from 1st July 2021 onward.

  • International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to:

    • Customs processing

    • Local weather conditions

    • Logistical or transport issues

  • We partner with leading international couriers such as DHL or Aramex based on your location.

    • Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery will be made to the address you provided during checkout.

    • For changes, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order.
